Coaching
How many sessions do families usually need?
It depends on your family’s needs and goals. Some parents find clarity and relief in just 1–3 sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support as challenges evolve. After our first meeting, we can discuss what rhythm works best for you.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Yes. My services are covered under Social Work by most extended health benefit plans in Ontario. Receipts are provided after each session for reimbursement purposes. Please confirm coverage with your provider.
What kind of challenges do you help with?
I work with families of children of all ages—from toddlers to teens. My expertise lies in supporting challenges related to food dynamics, body image concerns, weight preoccupation, and early detection and intervention of eating disorders. I also support families navigating transitions like separation/divorce, sibling conflict, emotional regulation, and more.
Do both parents need to attend?
While it’s ideal when both caregivers are involved, it’s not required. Many sessions are one-on-one with one parent or caregiver. I meet you where you are and adapt to what works for your family’s rhythm.
What if I’m not sure this is the right fit? That’s completely normal. Booking a discovery call is a great way to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide if coaching is right for you—no pressure or commitment required.
